As a Support and Sales Engineer, you will engage in C-level business and technology discussions related to enterprise agility, cloud adoption, and digital transformation. Also, you will deliver successful POVs, implementation projects along with the implementation team.

Ability to manage enterprise software sales lifecycle

Excellent Hungarian and English (verbal and written)

6+ years experience in enterprise software sales

Knowledge of modern architectures and methods

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent

  • Ready to learn

  • Ready to travel occasionally to Romania, Bulgaria

  • Explain complex technical issues in simple, elegant language for different audiences.

  • Solve tricky integration and product questions/issues and coordinate resolutions, including technical troubleshooting of customer issues.

  • Partner with external technology partners in product development/ platform integration.

  • Promote and advocate new product direction to our customers, Value Added Reseller (VAR) partners in the designated region.

  • Act like a trusted advisor and solution consultant.
    Partner with key customer stakeholders and establish trust through technical leadership.


  • Partner with the sales, key account and partner managers to provide proactive insights, planning and execution to accelerate growth and winning.

  • Partner and support with external implementation teams for delivering successful POVs, implementation projects.

  • Improve the scalability & efficiency of our technical sales integration and account management process.

  • Partner with vendors’ ecosystem to identify revenue prospects and opportunities to increase our high value service impact. 

  • Proactively engage and communicate with customers and vendors’ Product Development teams regarding product feedback and competitive landscape.

  • Working in a fast-paced environment that is evolving rapidly.
