As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for nurturing existing and new clients to generate incremental software license and service-related revenue in Hungary.

Tasks
  • Act as a liaison between Distributor and Vendors responsible for build, maintain and manage long-term relationships with clients.
     

  • Champion your customers’ implementations to ensure wild success by collaborating with sales and project managers, technical colleagues in POC and implementation projects.
     

  • Develop a contact network within named accounts to ensure Vendors’ solutions can be sold broadly and effectively.
     

  • Work closely with and establish engagement with client’s functional areas such as IT, marketing, customer care and other lines of business to develop and execute a solution roadmap to meet customers’ business needs.
     

  • Collaborate as a team player with the sales, marketing, presales and technology resources within Distributor to generate revenue.
     

  • Provide clients with commercial information on vendors’ products.
     

  • Prepare quotations, contracts (budget estimation, Sales Order, Order Form, etc.) on vendors’ licenses and services.
     

  • Convey and negotiate price and volume discounts within vendors’ guidelines.
     

  • Administer opportunities, deals in Distributor’s CRM; update the sales and marketing database, prepare timely sales forecast with territory insight.
     

  • Report highest priority action items, results, business plan development, marketing-related successes and forecasts to Distributor’s CEO.
