As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales leads at Target Accounts for the Marketing & Sales Team.

2-3 years of proven excellence in sales development, inside sales and/or sales, financial services, consulting, business development, customer care or client success

Strong understanding of lead development best practices and procedures

Excellent Hungarian, English

You are experience in the software sales industry would be a strong plus

Tasks
  • Communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and questions

  • Research and evaluate additional leads/prospects through web research

  • Interact with prospects via telephone and email

  • Qualify and engage sales leads, supplying leads with adequate information about Dynatrace

  • Provide the sales team with detailed information about the lead

  • Schedule appointments, demos and introduce leads to their new point of contact

  • Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce.com and Zoho CRM
